THE HEART COLLECTORS
The "Ruam Jai" or Heart collectors are a charity organisation that provide a rescue and first aid squad in the event of national disasters, or the day today carnage that takes place on Thailand's roads. Thailand has the unenviable distinction of having some of the worst road fatality figures in the world. Ruam Jai also proveide free coffins and funeral rites for those too poor to afford them. I have recently begun a project to document some of their work.
