The handgun belongs to the Karen National Liberation Army (KNLA) veteran, Colonel Htun Kying, who has been at war with the Burmese military dictatorship since 1949. The Colonel is quietly putting the finishing touches to a plan to attack a Burmese government outpost, Hill 459.
