Saw Lamon has nurtured his hatred for the SPDC for
over 15 years - half his young life. He now spends his time sitting
cradling his AK47 or cleaning its well-oiled mechanism while waiting
to kill SPDC soldiers. He stares unsmiling into the distance,
his one remaining eye locked, unable to let it go. Saw Lamom was
15 when the SPDC came to his village and demanded porters. He
was taken and made to clear landmines by hand.
